Add an eye-catching headline to describe your unit.

Using the “Blockquote” text format with relevant keywords for your opening paragraph will help readers quickly identify what information to expect from your page and can also improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and User Experience (UX).

In one to two paragraphs, tell your audience about your unit. Remember you are talking to your audience; in this section, you should write in the first person and avoid jargon (e.g. our unit… we are a unit that…).
